Gorgeous weather this week end. Sunny and it must have been 18°.
I ran for 45 min along the coast to a large lighthouse and back. Today my back hurts, so i rode the MTB around the 16k road circuit. I am wondering if i should drop the running races from my spring schedule... only 68 days till the 9 Colli.
