Wow DG. Your way to fast already. I am asking for an hour head start on any climb.... I still havn't broken out the road bike, but I have been running. Italy is under a blanket of snow right now, except for where I live. I'ts been down to minus three though, which is pretty cold for this neck of the woods. Yesterday i ran 7.5k @ 4 min per k mashing on the hills. Weight's pegged at 8o kilos, I am fitter than I was this time last year, but I am behind on my cycling. Hope to remedy that soon.
