On Saturday two ex-collegues rode down to see me. I took them out for a 15k ride along the sea and plyed them with beer for their ride home. Yesterday 35 minutes on the tacx, nice and easy... avg speed 32kph/215 watts.

Lot's of eating at easter and even a little cycling. I managed a 22k ride on the flats meandering through the olive trees.
Felt pretty good. A rider blasted past me at one point. Stayed on his wheel for a kilometer, till i started to feel light headed.

Gorgeous weather this weekend. An 8km walk along the coast Saturday with my son. 20 min on the tacx @ 155w.
